We started off early in the morning for Pot Angeles...across Puget Sound from Seattle for the 9th Annual Dungeness Crab Fest and Wine Tasting. Car and all, we boarded the ferry...
Ron and Jean........Susan and Lindsey....ready for the adventure of the day.
We caught a pic of the ferry that was coming back to the Edmonds port as we were going to the Kingston port.
It was hard to tell how many cars were on the ferry...but there were a BUNCH.
The main "feast" was under the big white tent on the pier. The tent was a good thing...as it started raining shortly after we arrived. Rather than the big (expensive) dinner with the whole crab, we opted for the "tapas"...crab cocktail...crab taco...dungeness crab bisque...clam chowder...fresh grilled scallops...and of course a bit of wine after choosing between the allowed tastes.
