We had to have lobster in Maine, right? We thought we'd go out for lobster. Well......you don't go out for lobster, as a rule....you go to the local seafood shop...and pick out your lobster...have them cook it...and go home and eat up a storm. This was about a 3 pounder...(Total cost with the steaming fee was @$28.) And, by the way, in case you were wondering...The rubber bands are put on the claws as soon as they're pulled out of the net, before they put the lobsters in the holding tanks. We always thought it was to keep "people" from getting hurt handling them. WRONG! It is so that the lobsters won't eat each other.
